Overview

Working with an industry leading casino white label business, who have secured a string of new partner wins in existing and new verticals, you will work as part of the partnerships team with a wide range of reactive and proactive responsibilities centralising around client relationship management, campaign management and strategic planning.

Candidates must possess keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a great attitude. An avid interest in marketing, partnership management and project management is also required. Knowledge of digital marketing channels is advantageous, but your ability to quickly build a rapport with people (internal and external) will be a leading factor in being considered for this role.

After an extensive training program, you will be communicating with high profile partners and internal teams to manage digital campaigns, which is vital to the development of our business. 

Your principal objective will be to deliver high quality relationship management and visibility for partners on how their brands are performing. This is a key position within the business so we're looking for someone with strong organisational skills and ideally a marketing related background. 

The ability to build relationships with project and operations teams, manage expectations and work across all business divisions is pivotal to the role. 

The role requires a passionate individual with a keen interest in marketing and communications, personable and outgoing personality and a desire to develop and grow with the business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to and assisting the partnerships director. 
  • Build a strong rapport with existing partners and deliver campaigns for owned brands. 
  • Daily report management and execution. 
  • Facilitating client communication with the different departments in the business. 
  • Management of onboarding new partners. 
  • Advising on partner performance and future marketing plans. 
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy. 
  • Being a brand advocate for Grace Media and Partners. 
  • Any other business.

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing solutions.
